    Concept to deployed product in 2-6 weeks: discovery, design, build, tests, CI, deployment and two weeks of fixes after launch.

  • Monthly retainer

    Ongoing features, fixes, dependency and security updates, and architecture review on a product already running.

    Architecture review, code audit, or a second opinion before you commit to a build.

Every engagement starts with a short discovery call to agree scope, timeline and price before any code is written.

How I build

  1. Narrow the problem

    One job, done properly, beats a broad tool nobody finishes setting up. Scope gets cut until the first version is useful on its own.

  2. Ship early, to real users

    Working software in front of someone who has the problem tells you more than another planning round.

  3. Say what it does not do

    Each product states its limits: which states it covers, what it does not decide, when to ask a professional.

  4. Leave it maintainable

    Tests, CI and a deployment runbook, so the next person can change it safely. You own the code and the accounts.
